Our commitment to our customers

In an effort to ensure your experience with Absolute Cool is as pleasant and trouble-free as possible, we assure the following:

  • Absolute Cool will respond to customers with a written submission (where necessary) in no more than 10 working days after our initial site/premises inspection.
  • Upon acceptance of our quotation, Absolute Cool will confirm a mutually acceptable time for installation with the client.
  • Absolute Cool’s installation team will arrive on-site on the day in question, within the appointment time pre-arranged with our client. If there are unforseen circumstances that prevent the installation, such as inclement weather, or a delay in our arrival, Absolute Cool will contact you by phone.
  • Absolute Cool will give the client as accurate an estimate as possible of the time we expect to take to complete the installation before we commence work.
  • Absolute Cool will be professionally presented and take pride in all work carried out.
  • Absolute Cool respects your right to live in a smoke free environment and we will not smoke, drink or consume food whilst inside your premises.
  • Absolute Cool will be courteous and efficient in all dealings with our clients.
  • Upon completion of the installation, Absolute Cool will ensure the unit/system is in excellent working order and will also undertake to provide the client with a basic understanding of the operating instructions before we leave the premises.
  • Absolute Cool will make every effort to leave the premises in a clean and tidy state and to at least restore the premises to the condition in which we found it prior to installation. This includes placing drop-sheets on the floor and over any furniture to reduce dust, removal of any packaging materials, and vacuuming after completion of the installation.
  • In support of the manufacturer's five-year warranty, our Gold Licence is your guarantee of Absolute Cool’s attention to detail and service.
